Shipping
- We endeavour to deliver all stock items within 48 hours of order
- Standard overnight delivery is the most economic option and will be delivered any time up to 5.30 on the day following dispatch. Parcels will require a signature on delivery so tell us at time of order if there will not be someone in to receive the goods
- 12am, 10.30am and 9.00 am services are available
- We can deliver to any UK mainland location, additional charges apply for Highlands and Islands.
- Most items will be delivered boxed in suitable weights for easy lifting. Flagpoles are by their nature long lengths, so you may want to ensure you have some one to help you carry your pole when you receive your delivery
- Our Standard charge for any goods on a next day service up to 20kg or 3.3m is £12.50 + VAT
- We use parcel carriers to deliver your purchase for all products up to 6m in length.
- Poles over 6m usually require dedicated transport for delivery. The charge will depend on the goods and the delivery address. Customer services will provide you with a quotation for delivery before you place your order.
- If you are ordering a non-standard product we will advise the delivery date before you have to confirm the order
